Child allegedly abducted in southern Alberta located unharmed

The RCMP say a two-year-old girl allegedly abducted in southern Alberta has been located unharmed.

REDCLIFF — The RCMP say a two-year-old girl allegedly abducted in southern Alberta has been located unharmed.

Police say the child’s grandmother turned her over to the Mounties at the detachment in Jasper, Alta.

Arrangements are being made to get the girl home to Redcliff.

Two adults have been arrested and charges are pending.

Police originally said the little girl had allegedly been taken from her home early Sunday morning.

They said she may have been dropped off at the house of another person, who wasn’t aware of the circumstances.
