The Lochearn School choir from Rocky Mountain House performs the song The Moon with members of the Red Deer Symphony orchestra during the first of two Choir Kids concerts at the New Life Fellowship Church Monday. Choir Kids allows elementary schools to choose two songs with music orchestrated by RDSO music director Claude LaPalme. The evening capped the season for 10 of the 17 particpating schools from Red Deer, Lacombe, Leslieville, Blackfalds, Innisfail and Sylvan Lake. Another two concerts at 6 and 7:45 p.m. next Monday will feature the remaining seven schools in the program. Tickets are $10 each or $25 for a family and available from participating schools.
