Christmas Wish Breakfast returns Nov. 14 in Red Deer

The sixth Christmas Wish Breakfast will be held at the Pidherney Centre from 8-11 a.m. on Nov. 14

Red Deerians are invited to celebrate the season of giving by bringing a new unwrapped toy and be treated to a sit-down buffet breakfast, or a drive-thru pancake breakfast.

All donations of a new unwrapped toy or monetary donation is provided to the Red Deer Salvation Army and Red Deer Christmas Bureau.

There will also be a 50/50 cash raffle, with the proceeds going to the two charities. The event also feature special guests, including a visit from Santa and one of his elves.

Those planning to attend the Christmas Wish Breakfast are asked to register. The breakfast will adhere to all safety protocols established by Alberta Health Services.

The Pidherney Centre is following the Restrictions Exemption Program, so all guests seated indoors must provide a proof of vaccination.
