City Hall opens for all customer services starting Monday

Social distancing and proper hand sanitizing still in place

All in-person customer service will resume at City Hall on Monday.

All payments will be possible, as well as parking inquiries, licence and permit applications, and inspections.

Services that resumed in-person on June 21 included utility bill payment, property tax payment (taxes were due June 30), parking ticket payment, re-loading parking cards, accounts receivable invoice payment, licence payment, special event permit payment, and other miscellaneous fee payments.

Social distancing and proper hand sanitizing are still in place at city facilities, and city staff are still required to wear masks while in the workplace under the city’s internal policy.

Anyone feeling sick, or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, is asked to stay home.

Residents can also access city services online. Payments, permit applications, tax certificates and other items are available through MyCity.
