City of Red Deer announces update to online payment services

The City of Red Deer’s online payment page will have a new look starting this week.

There will be an update to new services provided by Moneris, the city’s payment processing provider, that affects the appearance of online payment pages.

Residents who use the online payments page for MyCity/MyPayments will notice a slight change beginning Tuesday evening. Not only will the page look different, it will no longer redirect users to an outside site to enter their payment details.

The change is also scheduled to occur in late September for Look ‘n Book.

The City of Red Deer continues to accept online payments for activity and program registrations through Look ‘n Book as well as online payments through MyCity/MyPayments. MyCity can be used for online services such as property taxes, utility bills, dog licences, business licences, permits and invoices.

For more information on MyCity or to create an account please visit www.reddeer.ca/MyCity.

Accepted forms of online payment includes Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit.
