Red Deerians can help enhance customer service at the City of Red Deer by taking a survey.
The City of Red Deer is asking for feedback on people’s experiences interacting with the municipality.
Earlier this year, city officials began working on a customer service strategy to help inform its future approach to serving the community. An important next step is hearing from Red Deerians on what works, what doesn’t, as well as any new ideas for the future.
To take the survey, please visit reddeer.ca/whats-happening/public-participation. The survey is open until Friday, Dec. 9.
Residents can also provide more feedback by signing up for a virtual workshop on Dec. 6 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Sign up on the same site as above.
