Looking out from the steps of City Hall a pair of deer stand out as part of a festive display overlooking City Hall Park. The display on the steps of the building are part of the seasonal decorations to the park which have about 40,000 colourful lights. Due to expected cold temperatures Tuesday evening and potential for extreme windchill values, both the 2010 Biggest Tree Festival and the Christmas Parade were cancelled.
