The driver of the pickup was treated and released from hospital. RCMP arrested him and took him into custody Sunday.

RCMP spokeswoman Sabrina Grunow said police are still investigating the accident, which occurred at a signalled intersection. Police are asking that anyone who saw the accident or the vehicles prior to the collision to call RCMP at 403-343-5575.
