Drugs seized from Innisfail home

Innisfail RCMP conduct search warrant

Drugs and weapons were seized by police from an Innisfail residence the morning of Feb. 15.

Innisfail RCMP said cocaine, magic mushrooms, ecstasy and other unidentified drugs were seized, along with a loaded sawed-off shotgun, sets of brass knuckles and ammunition.

Drug trafficking paraphernalia was also seized.

An Innisfail couple, both 41 years old, were charged. The female was home at the time and was arrested and released by police.

A warrant was issued for the man, August Baker.
