Red Deer RCMP are investigating a break-in at an Edgar Industrial Park business that resulted in the theft of eight pickup trucks about a week ago.
RCMP said all of the trucks were abandoned and found a short time later.
“Those vehicles have now all been recovered. The investigation is ongoing to determine who is responsible for those thefts,” said RCMP Cpl. Mike Evans about the break-in that was reported the morning of June 14.
He said keys to the vehicles were stolen during the break-in at a rental business.
