Motorists and pedestrians are advised of a prolonged disruption in downtown Red Deer starting this week.
The disruption is on the south side of 49 Street from the Sorenson Station parking exit to 48 Avenue and on the west side of 48 Avenue between 48 Street and 49 Street.
Parking, lane and sidewalk closures in will be starting this week until April 2023 to make room for construction of the new Red Deer Justice Centre.
Drivers and pedestrians are reminded to obey all signage and to use caution while driving and walking through the construction area.
