Large flakes of hoarfrost stick to the face of the bronze statue outside of the Rotary Recreation Centre on Monday. A feathery layer of frost covered virtually everything outdoors the Red Deer area Monday morning following a thick ice fog that settled over much of our area, Sunday night and early Monday morning.
