Band members from the Sherwood Heights Senior Concert Band preform during the Festival of Bands 2011, at Red Deer College, Monday. During the festival 7,000 students in junior, senior and community band from across Western Canada are expected take part in performances, clinics and sight-reading activities. The Festival of Bands will continue this week until May 19 and than again from May 24 to May 27.
