The preparations for the 16th Annual Festival of Trees are in full swing in three different pavilions at the Westerner Grounds as local businesses like Hudson Madison are in the midst of decorating their respective trees.
Rachel Willie, right, and her daughter Janell Malkin are decorating this 12-foot tree. This year’s celebration and its theme of Christmas Around the World will focus on promoting healthy living and preventive health care, running from November 27th to the 29th.
