Final week to purchase Red Deer Hospital Lottery tickets

Grand prize is an $840k dream home in Red Deer

It’s the final days for the Red Deer Hospital Lottery.

The Red Deer Regional Health Foundation says about 70 per cent of the dream home tickets and about 98 per cent of the mega bucks 50-50 tickets have been sold.

The grand prize is an $840,000-, 3,110-square-foot bungalow, located at 68 Larratt Cl. The home features three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a master chef kitchen, with an adjoining butler pantry.

This is the 21st year of the lottery, which supports the Red Deer Regional Hospital. Since its inception, the lottery has raised more than $8.5 million.

The money raised this year will be used to purchase Pyxis Medstations, which are automated dispensing units with numerous electronic features to ensure safety for patients, as well as accuracy and efficiency for staff.

There are 100 prizes, totalling more than $1.1 million.

Ticket cutoff is Monday at 11 p.m., and the final draw for the dream home is July 5.

For tickets, call 403-340-1878, or toll free at 1-877-808-9005. You can also visit www.reddeerhospitallottery.ca.
