Fire ban lifted in Red Deer County

Permits required for all fires

Fire restrictions in Red Deer County were lifted as of 9:30 am on Wednesday.

The county said its fire services department will continue to monitor weather patterns. If hot and windy conditions return, another ban or restriction may be put in place.

Residents are reminded that fire permits are required for all open fires in the county.

Permits are available online at rdcounty.ca/fire.
