WETASKIWIN — A fire has destroyed a large hanger at an airport in central Alberta.
RCMP say flames broke out early this morning at the hanger at Wetaskiwin Airport.
Police says the fire also destroyed some aircraft and equipment inside.
Nobody was hurt.
Fire crews extinguished the flames before they spread to surrounding structures.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
