Frontline health-care workers are being offered free hypnosis sessions by Zoom to help relieve COVID-19-induced stress.

Hypnosis for Health and Happiness wants to show support for the medical community, first responders and other essential health-care practitioners by offering them some relief to anxiety and stress.

Having anxiety and fear invade people’s lives for over a year can wreak havoc in their immune systems and decrease sleep. Hypnosis for Health and Happiness offers an opportunity to “reset ” and reduce stress hormones.

“These online sessions are easy, fast and extremely effective for stress, fear, anxiety and sleep. They are designed to help people feel more calm and more in control,” said Trisha Fuller of Hypnosis for Health and Happiness.
