Working from the 30-metre platform on the City of Red Deer Emergency Services articulated platform truck, Steve Scanland from the Sylvan Lake Fire Department and Jamin Bryan of Red Deer EMS maneuver the platform up to an open third storey window. They were taking part in a rescue exercise at the fire training grounds in the Riverside Industrial Area on Wednesday.
