Wildlife Park on TV
Jack Hanna visits Innisfail in a Friday, Feb. 12, episode of Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild featuring Discovery Wildlife Park. The half-hour episode highlights Jack’s visit to the park last August, and focuses on their orphaned wildlife program. The Into the Wild website summarizes the episode: “(Jack) and (wife) Sue meet a couple who have dedicated their lives to helping some of Canada’s wildlife survive against the odds, like orphaned porcupines, beavers and bears. Then Jack and Sue get some very valuable information on what to do if confronted by a bear in the wild.” The show airs only in the U.S., but viewers with satellite TV or cable stations that include Fox channels will be able to watch it.
