Supt. Brian Simpson of Red Deer City RCMP will host a townhall meeting about current policing issues on Thursday in Red Deer. The event will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at Notre Dame High School Amphitheatre at 50 Lees St. Simpson’s talk will be followed by a question and answer session.

RDC Breakfast

Red Deer College board of governors will host its annual Report to the Community Breakfast on Tuesday, Nov. 10. The event starts at 7:30 a.m. and will celebrate past achievements and detail future plans. The location is RDC Second Floor Learning Commons, New Four Centres, which is east of the college library. A free continental breakfast will be served. Donations to the Students’ Association Food Bank will be accepted. Those who plan to attend are asked to RSVP by Monday by calling 403-342-3233. Those attending can park in Public Lot P East just north of the Red Deer College Library.
