Hwy 2 is down to single-lane traffic this morning around Ponoka.
Ponoka Traffic RCMP had to deal with a vehicle fire at Hwy 2 and Hwy 616. Initially, both northbound lanes were closed and police were advising that drivers take alternate routes.
But one of the northbound lanes was reopened at around 9 a.m.
