RCMP say two missing central Alberta children have been located in Airdrie, safe and well.
Police credit tips from the public for the location of the youngsters.
Innisfail and Red Deer RCMP had earlier received missing person complaints for 12-year-old Rhianna Pelletier and 12-year-old Nicolas Givotkoff.
In the early morning hours of Monday, Givotkoff travelled to Innisfail, say police. He and Pelletier left Innisfail with a family vehicle, a dark blue Chevrolet Cavalier.
Pelletier and Givotkoff were believed to be travelling together and were last seen in Airdrie at approximately 9 p.m. Monday.
The pair were located Tuesday. Police say there will be no further updates.
