Two people were arrested after an alleged break and enter in Red Deer County.

Innisfail RCMP say two individuals wearing masks broke into an oil lease site and a sea can, and stole undisclosed items.

The two fled the scene in a blue Chrysler.

Police attempted to pull over the vehicle after locating it, but the driver fled at a high speed. RCMP successfully used a tire deflation device and the vehicle came to a stop.

Jason Burns, 27, of Sundre, is facing a number of charges, including break and enter, disguise with intent, flight from police, possession of break-in tools and driving without a valid licence.

Stacey Gow, 46, of Olds, is charged with break and enter, disguise with intent, possession of break-in tools and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

Both are scheduled to appear in Red Deer provincial court June 10.
