Innisfail RCMP arrest man found sleeping in stolen truck

A man was arrested in Innisfail after apparently falling asleep in a stolen truck.

Just before 6 a.m. on Wednesday, emergency services received a call reporting a man, who appeared to be going in and out of consciousness, was sitting in a Ford F150 pickup truck at a fast food restaurant.

He required medical attention and was taken to hospital. Police determined the vehicle the man was sitting in was stolen and he was arrested.

Innisfail’s Jordan Kyle Glasgow, 19, is charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and failing to comply with a probation order.

He was scheduled to appear in Red Deer provincial court Friday.
