Innisfail RCMP investigate attempted robbery

RCMP seek the public’s assistance

Innisfail RCMP are searching for a female suspect after an attempted robbery on July 5.

RCMP said a call came in at about 2 p.m. about a woman allegedly attempting to rob and assault a female victim in the area of 48th Street and 49th Avenue.

The suspect was last seen getting into a vehicle described as a late model dark coloured Ford Fusion and fled the area.

The suspect was described a slim Caucasian, in her 40’s, with several tattoos on her arms and dyed red hair.

Innisfail RCMP are asking anyone with information about this incident, or the suspect or vehicle involved, to call the detachment at 403-227-3341, or their local police.
