The afternoon commute is getting to look a lot like winter. With snow and ice on the ground and multiple-light waits in major intersections, the daily commute became somewhat more challenging for Red Deer and area motorists this week. With more snow in the forecast and high temperatures in the mid-teens on the minus side and lows in the -20C range for the rest of the week, it may not get any better for drivers — or for cyclists for that matter.
