Lacombe Police is investigating the theft of a cargo trailer, which contained three vehicles.
Police responded to a call reporting the theft of a cargo trailer in the Iron Wolf neighbourhood of Lacombe on Christmas Eve.
The trailer, which contained multiple items, including two ATVs and a snowmobile, was parked in the back alley of the home and was worth approximately $17,000.
One of the ATVs is a light green 2007 Arctic Prowler with a snow plow attachment, valued at about $8,000. The other ATV is a dark blue 1990 Honda Four Trax 300 FW, values at about $2,000.
The snowmobile is a dark blue and yellow 2003 Ski-Doo Summit valued at about $2,500.
Video footage of the event was obtained by police. The suspect vehicle was observed to be a grey 1991 Dodge Ram truck. Upon further investigation, the truck was determined to be stolen out of the Ponoka area Dec. 20.
The truck was fled from police in the Red Deer area.
