Lacombe residents will be able to share satisfaction and trust in their local police service in a new survey.

The Lacombe Police Commission has launched its 2019 community survey to obtain public feedback.

“The results from this survey will provide us with data to better meet the requirements of the community in our strategic planning, and to meet the commission’s mandate,” said police commission chairman Bob Huff.

The commission is tasked with keeping Lacombe a safe, vibrant and evolving community for those who live and work there, police Chief Lorne Blumhagen said.

The survey will be open until June 30. The results will be analysed and reviewed by the police commission at its regular meeting in the fall.

The results will be shared with the public.
