Alberta Liberal Leader Raj Sherman will make what he hopes to be the first of many campaign visits to Red Deer on Wednesday morning.

Sherman is due at 10 a.m. for a meet and great with local candidates and supporters at the Central Alberta campaign headquarters, also the campaign headquarters for Michael Dawe, Liberal candidate for Red Deer North.

Dawe has set up in the former Don’s Appliance store at 5417 Gaetz Ave., across the road from the dairy plant.

Sherman plans to spend about an hour at the office and will then tour the city for another hour afterward.
