Earl Dreeshen will continue being a MP in central Alberta.
The Conservative Party of Canada member defeated Logan Garbanewski of the New Democratic Party, Gary Tremblay of the Liberal Party of Canada, Paul Mitchell of the People’s Party of Canada and Conner Borle of the Green Party of Canada in the Red Deer-Mountain View riding in Monday’s election.
Here’s a look at the current results for the Red Deer-Mountain View riding, last updated 11:10 p.m. with 230/244 polls reporting:
Earl Dreeshen, Conservative Party of Canada – 49,720 votes (80.2%)
Logan Garbanewski, New Democratic Party – 4,560 votes (7.4%)
Gary Tremblay, Liberal Party of Canada – 3,471 votes (5.6%)
Paul Mitchell, People’s Party of Canada – 2,446 (3.9%)
Conner Borle, Green Party of Canada – 1,825 (3.0%)
