A man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery at a TD Bank in Red Deer in September.
RCMP allege a suspected walked into the bank at 6320 50th Ave. and demanded cash about 3 p.m. on Sept. 23. It is alleged the suspect discharged bear spray before running off.
Those affected by the bear spray were treated on scene by fire-medics.
Dustin Aaron Clark has been charged with armed robbery with violence, disguised with intent to commit a crime, assault with a weapon, mischief, theft under $5,000 and possession of a dangerous weapon.
Clark is in custody and scheduled to make his first appearance in Red Deer provincial court on Friday.
