A Clearwater County man makes his first court appearance in Rocky Mountain House on March 13 in relation to running over a quad driver.
Charles Hainsworth faces charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm and operation of a motor vehicle over the legal limit of .08 causing bodily harm.
