A 27-year-old man suffered stab wounds this morning at an apartment in the Pines neighbourhood in north Red Deer.
The man was taken to Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre with non-life-threatening injuries.
A suspect was arrested at the scene and charges are pending.
Red Deer RCMP say they got a call about a disturbance at 9:11 a.m. today. When they arrived, they found a man with stab wounds to his lower back.
Police are still investigating the incident.
