Christie, a watercolour by Susan Barker, was awarded the Margaret Seelye Award at the 31st annual Alberta Wide 2010 Exhibition now on display at the Red Deer Museum and Art Gallery. Three provincial zone shows provide the venues for artists in surrounding regions to showcase their work. Pieces selected from these shows advance to Red Deer to be re-juried and selected for the Alberta Wide show. The show runs in the gallery until Sept. 5.
