Hang on to your cowboy hat — Westerner Days Fair & Exposition will be back at Westerner Park from July 19 to 23.

With the midway, pony chuckwagon races, and an assortment of activities and entertainment for children and adults, Westerner Days will continue the tradition it has set for over 130 years.

“We were really pleased with the response from the community last year, with excellent attendance, volunteer involvement, and business and community support. We are building upon this by reimagining the experience at Westerner Days by bringing together new ideas and fresh approaches, with fair classics and timeless attractions,” said Mike Olesen, Westerner Park CEO, in a statement.

“Westerner Days is an opportunity for family and friends to enjoy time together at the fair, and it also contributes to the economy of Red Deer and surrounding area.”
