The Maskwacis RCMP is investigating the death of a 47-year-old woman reported to the police on Dec. 9.
At 1:51 p.m., Maskwacis RCMP responded to assist EMS at a call for service on the Ermineskin Cree Nation. A woman, in a residence, was pronounced dead.
RCMP and the major crimes unit are investigating the case.
RCMP investigators examined the residence and the collection of witness evidence, video canvass and neighbourhood inquiries are ongoing.
