People interested in solar power gathered recently to listen as electrical engineer Gordon Howell of Edmonton gave a presentation on the merits of solar power at the Margaret Parsons Theatre at Red Deer College. The evening was presented by ReThink Red Deer and Red Deer College Green Campus. Howell, with Howell-Mayhew Engineering, specializes in designing and developing grid-connected solar-electric sustems. Howell was also on the team that developed Edmonton’s first three net-zero-energy houses.
