Jesse Fehr has been located.
Red Deer RCMP is looking for help to locate Jesse Fehr.
The 20-year-old was reported missing on Feb. 2 and police are hoping to confirm his well-being.
Fehr is described as five-foot-11, 160-pounds, with hazel green eyes and dark blonde/ brown hair.
