A Wetaskiwin man, who was reported missing about two weeks ago, has been found dead.

Keith Healey, 50, was last seen leaving his residence with his dog on May 16. He was reported missing two days later.

On May 20, Wetaskiwin RCMP, Wetaskiwin County Search and Rescue, and Red Deer County Search and Rescue searched an area Healey was believed to have last been seen.

Healey was found dead. It is not believed that the circumstances surrounding his death are suspicious, police said Friday.

An autopsy has been completed by the Edmonton Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Wetaskiwin RCMP’s investigation is ongoing, but no further updates are anticipated.
