A motorcyclist was taken to a Calgary hospital in critical condition after a Wednesday morning collision in Red Deer.
Red Deer RCMP said at about 9 a.m. Red Deer Emergency Services responded to a collision between a pickup truck and a motorcycle on 55th Avenue in West Park.
The 38-year-old male driver of the motorcycle suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Red Deer hospital. He was later air lifted to a Calgary hospital in critical condition. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
There was no word on charges.
