Robert Maloughney won Monday’s Red Deer Catholic Schools byelection according to unofficial results released by the City of Red Deer.
The byelection was held to fill one of the Red Deer Ward positions that was vacated by Adriana LaGrange who resigned run as a United Conservative Party candidate for Red Deer-North.
Maloughney received 381 votes and his opponent Terry Kulczycki received 83 votes.
Official results will be announced on Friday.
