After making an in-ramp, a small jump and a landing zone, Liam Persy lands his board on the rail while snowboarding in Red Deer this week. Persy and friends Steven Dancause, Levi Whitney, Devan Peeters and Lazslo Gyori moved enough snow from the nearby KinCity arenas to make a small hill in the park behind St. Thomas Aquinas School. With a little push from the top of the hill, the avid snowboarders had enough speed to launch onto the rail and work on their skills.
