Red Deer Polytechnic is seeking dancers to perform in its Christmas showing of the Nutcracker Ballet.
Dancers between the ages of 4-18 are invited to audition between Sept. 11 and 12 and can schedule an audition at rdc.ab.ca/nutcracker.
Performances of The Nutcracker ballet are scheduled for Dec. 17, 18 and 19. Tickets will be available in October.
“We are so excited to safely continue this annual production, for our dancers to learn and grow their love of ballet, and for our community members to share in this special Christmas time tradition,” said Kirsten Cotton, program coordinator in Extended Education at Red Deer Polytechnic.
