Oilers 50/50 helps support Ronald McDonald House in Red Deer

With the Edmonton Oilers picking up a big 4-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens Monday, there will be an impact felt off the ice as well.

With the Edmonton Oilers picking up a big 4-1 win over the Montreal Canadiens Monday, there will be an impact felt off the ice as well.

Fans buying tickets for the raffle brought the total 50/50 jackpot to $792,270. Net proceeds going to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Alberta will support its Edmonton and Red Deer Houses.

The donation from the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation will help houses to continue delivering on their core mission of providing meals, accommodation and support for families with sick children.
