OLDS RCMP are looking for two male suspects and a vehicle after shots were fired and a victim was taken to the hospital.

On March 20, at about 2 p.m., Olds RCMP received a complaint of a shooting that occurred near Township Road 320 and Range Road 290 in Mountain View County.

A 47-year-old man from Olds suffered a firearms related injury as a result of this incident and was air lifted by STARS air ambulance to hospital.

Police determined that three subjects, one female and two males, attended the property in a gold coloured SUV to settle a dispute over money and belongings. The victim and two other residents were on the property at the time. The discussion got heated and one of the males from the SUV shot the victim with a handgun.

As the suspects fled to the SUV, the shooter took additional shots at the other male resident on the property but did not strike him.

The identification of the shooter and other male suspect is still undetermined, however police are following up on leads and tips from the public.

The female has been identified as Jessica Nicole McClintock, 33, with a last known address in Calgary. McClintock has been charged in relation to her role in this incident and warrants have been issued for unlawfully wounding, maiming, disfiguring or endangering a life and discharging a firearm with intent to endanger life.

The victim remains in hospital in stable and non-life threatening condition.

The RCMP continue to investigate the identity and locate of the two male suspects. Police are also still searching for the gold coloured SUV which is believed to be an older model Infinity with after market roof lights (photo of similar vehicle attached).

The police are continuing to advise the public not to approach the suspect vehicle as the occupants are believed to be armed and dangerous.

The Olds RCMP are asking that anyone who sees the suspect vehicle, or has any other information related to this incident or the subjects involved, to contact the Olds RCMP at 403-556-3323.
