Parking restrictions will be in place throughout Parkvale this summer as crews work to upgrade water mains this summer.
Starting Monday and lasting until mid-October, parking will be reserved for residents only in the following areas:
•46th Avenue from 47th Street to Ross Street
•49th Avenue from 47th Street to Ross Street
•47th Street from 46th Avenue to 49th Avenue
•48th Street from 46th Avenue to 49th Avenue
•49th Street from 46th Avenue to 49th Avenue
Vehicles parked in any of these areas without a residential parking tag, will be ticketed and may be towed.
Drivers are reminded to slow down when in construction areas and pedestrians are to cross only at designated crosswalks. This work is weather dependent, and schedules may be subject to change. For more information about road closures, go to reddeer.ca/roadclosures.
