Nearly 40 ‘castles’ of packed snow, molded from overturned garbage pails, have mysteriously appeared near the back of Pioneer Lodge (46th Avenue and 44 Street) in Red Deer. The question is who is making them? why? and when? If anyone can solve this mystery, give us a call.
