Does your pet have star quality?
The Central Alberta Humane Society is taking entries for its Picture Paw-fect Calendar Photo Contest.
Pet snapshots can be entered for $5 each for the chance to win one of 12 spots in the 2020 calendar. (Six of the entries will be voted in by the public, and the other six judged in.)
The top-voted pet will appear on the coveted calendar cover. Prizes can also be won as part of the contest.
Organizers urge early entries, saying they will have a longer time to collect votes. (Sharing with family and friends is encouraged, with each vote costing $1).
All proceeds will go towards supporting the care of shelter animals.
Entrants must be available for their pet’s professional photo shoot with Chic & Grace Studios between Aug. 6 and 8.
