Police dog tracks down suspects

Two men who allegedly fled a property damage collision in Sylvan Lake were arrested on Monday.

Two men are in custody after allegedly fleeing from a Sylvan Lake motor vehicle collision that caused property damage.

Sylvan Lake RCMP said the incident happened on Monday in the Lakewood Landing area about 3 p.m.

When police arrived at the scene, two men fled. Police Dog Services was called in and both suspects were arrested a short distance away.

Charges are pending.
